Benson Howard Roberts (1853–1930) was an American Free Methodist minister and educator, son of B. T. Roberts, founder of the Free Methodist Church. He served as principal of the A. M. Chesbrough Seminary in North Chili, New York. After his father's death in 1893 he compiled Holiness Teachings from thirty-three years of his father's editorials in The Earnest Christian — the volume in our library — and later wrote his father's biography.

The teaching and life of B. T. Roberts, founder of the Free Methodist Church, gathered by his son Benson H. Roberts and published in 1893. The volume joins Roberts's writings on holiness with an account of his life and labors, showing the doctrine embodied in the man. A primary source for the nineteenth-century American holiness movement.
