About this book

Andrew Murray's meditation on the old and new covenants, published in 1898. Murray contrasts the covenant of law, with its promises and failures, with the new covenant in Christ and its better promises, and calls believers to enter fully into its blessings by faith and surrender. It carries his characteristic message: the Christian life is received, not achieved.
